Lilianne Ivins

Lili grew up in the Blue Mountains, inspired by the eerie beauty of nature. Her work often depicts misty cliff lines, dark fern gullies, mossy undergrowth, and stormy skies. Characterised by atmospheric blending, subtle gradients, and deep tones, her work evokes a sense of dreaminess and otherworldliness, investigating the Sublime of mountain bushland in its changing moods. 

Lili studied at Julian Ashton Art School, and the National Art School. She has won several art prizes including Belle ArtStart and the Blue Mountains Art Prize. Her work has also been exhibited at the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre.
